In the iOS app, all financial transactions are handled securely by Apple (App Store) via In-App Purchases (IAP); you are entering a transaction with Apple Inc., not directly with Greenlogic. Purchases on our website santacards.app are processed by Link, Stripe’s payment service, which acts as the merchant of record (the seller) for web purchases. In both cases we do not store or process your full credit card or banking details.

Our service uses advanced generative AI, which means the output (including voice, expressions, and background) is non-deterministic. We do not guarantee accuracy, as the AI may occasionally produce illogical content or minor artifacts. The App is for entertainment purposes only and all sales are final because the service provides immediate delivery of non-tangible digital goods. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or dissatisfaction with subjective aspects like the character's voice pitch, accent, or artistic style. However, we have a strict policy for technical faults (see "After You Buy"). This applies to purchases made both in the App and on santacards.app.

Your message is a creative suggestion for the AI, which automatically checks the text to prevent offensive or illegal content. Before you pay, the App displays a summary of the AI's script. You must check this summary carefully for typos in names or ages. If there's a typo and the video is generated, we cannot offer a refund or replacement, as fixing User Error is not covered by our policy.

Yes. On santacards.app the characters speak 9 languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Japanese and Korean (in the iPhone app, English or Spanish for now). When you write your wishes, choose the video language: you can type the message in any language and the character will speak the language you chose. Every language is voiced by the AI model that speaks it most naturally, so English and Spanish videos are 15 seconds and videos in the other languages are 10 seconds, at the same price. However, because the final audio is generated by AI, there can be minor, unpredictable errors in pronunciation or interpretation of phrases. Before you pay, you must carefully read the script summary presented. If you confirm and purchase the video based on that script, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for resulting AI errors.
